2019 Brut Rosé:  A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. On the nose, the 2019 vintage welcomes the senses with aromas of potpourri, watermelon, honeysuckle, grilled peaches, and oranges. Flavors of tangerine, wild strawberry, peaches, marzipan, and mandarin evoke the bliss of a perfect summer day through the long, silky finish.

2015 Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs:  Le Rêve is a highly respected tête de cuvée - our winery’s finest Sparkling wine and frequently named America’s Best Sparkling. French for “the dream,” Le Rêve is crafted from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, making it a pure expression of Domaine Carneros. On the nose, this classic Le Rêve captivates with lovely notes of ginger, crème brûlée, toasted coconut, and citrus zest. The palate opens up with pear, yuzu, brioche, and notes of a fresh baked lemon pie. This wine displays depth and purity that leads to a long finish. Delicious now, but there will be additional flavor benefits for those who can wait.

2017 Ultra Brut: Ultra Brut is a rare style of sparkling wine that is rarely produced. A mélange of fresh lemon, pear, ginger, and honeydew on the nose leads to a dry, brisk, beautifully balanced palate of green apple,  yuzu, lychee, and a hint of water cracker. With a surprising mouthwatering complexity, its bright, crisp fruit and dusty minerality ride on a serious structure, the persistent, palate-cleansing finish lingering on.
