Enjoy three bottles each of our favorite wines of summer: our rich and complex 2017 Estate Brut, crisp and juicy 2018 Brut Rosé, our just released 2021 Avant-Garde Rosé with its ripe peach and strawberry notes, and our crowd-pleasing cherry-laden 2020 Avant-Garde Pinot Noir.  As a special treat, we will include recipe cards for summertime dishes designed to pair delightfully with each wine.

2017 Estate Brut Cuvée: This versatile sparkler belongs at your next summer gathering. Newest release features the bright aroma of lemon zest leading to a toasty and well balanced palate that melds into the long finish. An excellent complement to our roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes recipe, this Estate Brut Cuvée's delicate mousse and beautiful acidity of the wine cuts through the crispy texture of the potatoes.

2018 Brut Rosé: A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. Rosé wines are often believed to be made only from Pinot Noir, but the best, including ours, have Chardonnay added for structure. The latest vintage of our beloved Brut Rosé entices with luscious notes of grilled peaches, strawberry tart and mandarin. We especially love pairing this wine with delicious grilled shrimp and pineapple skewers, perfect for your summer bbq!

2021 Avant-Garde Rosé: Our Pinot Noir Rosé has returned in time for summer! Bright, refreshing, and simply gorgeous, this wine epitomizes summer sipping with delicate acidity carrying aromas of nectarine and flavors of strawberry and watermelon. This wine evokes images of poolside, beachside, or backyard sipping. Our winemaker suggesting enjoying our Avant-Garde Rosé with a lightly dressed salad, our Niçoise recipe is the ideal dish for brunch!

2020 Avant-Garde Pinot Noir: This light bodied red is the perfect summertime sipper. Featuring notes of fresh pomegranate followed by sweet cherries, red raspberry, warm oak, and cinnamon, its brightness is best expressed when slightly chilled. Our juicy, charcoal-grilled Chamorro barbecue chicken recipe makes for the ulimate pairing with this Avant-Garde Pinot Noir's bright fruit and supple tannins.
