2021 Estate Brut Cuvée: The newest release of our Estate Brut Cuvée features notes of poached pear, crisp apple, yuzu, honeydew melon, and pie crust with a toasty finish that lingers on the palate, begging for another sip. This winery exclusive has been aged to perfection yet will enjoy additional evolution in the cellar over the next decade.

2021 Blanc de Blancs: Fresh and lively, our limited-production Blanc de Blancs has quickly become a club favorite. Seamless flavors of pear, honey, apricot, vanilla bean, and touch of brioche flow long on bright acidity. Produced in méthode traditionnelle and aged a minimum of three years, has incredible structure and freshness from its core of Chardonnay, highlighted by beautiful fruit and floral notes of the Pinot Gris.

2019 Ultra Brut: Ultra Brut is a rare style of sparkling wine that is rarely produced. Very dry and brisk, it is a contemplative wine that appeals to the true aficionado. Hailing from the stellar 2019 vintage, this latest expression includes intriguing aromas of fresh cut flowers, key lime, ginger, and honeydew melon.
