2019 Ultra Brut: Ultra Brut is our driest sparkling wine, its low dosage highlighting the structure and minerality of our Brut. Very dry and brisk, it is a contemplative wine that appeals to the true aficionado. A mélange of key lime, honeydew melon, ginger, and green apple on the nose leads into a palate dancing with notes of ripe pineapple, fresh pear, yuzu, and lemon méringue. 

2020 Brut Rosé: A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. On the nose, the 2020 vintage welcomes the senses with aromas of potpourri, watermelon, honeysuckle, grilled peaches, and oranges. Flavors of tangerine, wild strawberry, peaches, marzipan, and mandarin evoke the bliss through the long, silky finish.

2017 Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs: French for “the dream,” Le Rêve is crafted from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, making it a pure expression of Domaine Carneros. On the nose, our classic Le Rêve captivates with lovely notes of ginger, poached pear, toasted almonds, and pie crust. The palate opens with white peach, apple blossom, brioche, and notes of a fresh baked lemon meringue pie. This wine displays depth and purity that leads to a long, elegant finish.
