2016 Brut Rosé: Traditionally, fine Rosé sparkling wines and Champagnes have been made in very small quantities, and ours is no exception. Often they are produced for a specific customer group or a few restaurants that have a fondess fo the salmon-hued wine. In fact, one of our early Rosé-Sparkling-loving visitors was the impetus for our own Rosé.
2014 Late Disgorged Brut Rosé: Our ninth vintage of this coveted rosé is perfectly aged; five years of resting sur lie rewards us with unparalleled harmony and nuance, and a very round rich mouthfeel. The wine opens with alluring aromas of heritage rose, clementine, marmalade and grilled peaches. The full, creamy palate features symphonic notes of ripe strawberry, nectarine, marzipan and shortbread that linger through a luxuriously long finish. Delicate effervescence beautifully counterbalances serious depth and complexity.
2014 Le Rêve Rosé: Our glamorous tête de cuvée rosé makes a brief appearance each year, a masterful expression of vintage composed of our finest blocks of estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Composed of our best estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its soft coral hue is derived from its brief contact with the Pinot Noir skins. The alluring nose brims with apricot, tangerine, toasted brioche and hints of rose. The palate is intricate and complete with flavors of wild raspberry, white cherry, macadamia nut, and peaches and cream, finishing long with hallmark Carneros minerality. This is a stunning wine that drinks beautifully now but will age gracefully for those with the patience to wait.
