2017 Estate Brut Cuvée: Our Estate Brut is the signature wine of Domaine Carneros. It encompasses an array of clones and blocks from our estate vineyards. Richness and complexity begin on the nose, with bounding aromas of lemon zest, green apples, toasted almonds, and macadamia nut. The palate is round and full, revealing poached pear, crisp apple, yuzu, honeydew melon, and pie crust with a toasty finish that lingers on the palate.
2018 Blanc de Noir: This wine opens up with wonderful notes of poached pear, fresh flowers, graham cracker, honeydew melon, and green apple. The palate continues to entice with warm honey accompanied by notes of white cherry, raspberry, lychee, and a hint of toastiness. There is a deep complexity that is rich and creamy due to extended aging this vintage received in the bottle. Soft, round and thought provoking this wine presents a generous mousse.
2020 Avant-Garde Pinot Noir: Extremely aromatic, this wine features fresh pomegranate and red raspberry, warm oak, and cinnamon. The palate presents exuberant flavors of red raspberry, along with notes of black cherry, and a subtle suggestion of tobacco leaf. Pair it with grilled salmon, chicken, pork or on it's own!
2020 Estate Pinot Noir: This full bodied Pinot noir packs a range of delicious fruit and savory flavors. Beginning with the nose one encounters black cherry, leather, tree bark, and cherry cola. The palate delivers vibrant red fruits including cranberry and raspberry intertwined with silky creamy texture. There is an additional touch of spice and forest floor notes on the finish.
