Blanc de Noir: Produced in limited quantities and showcasing fruity fleshiness with full body and texture, our Blanc de Noir is a white sparkling wine from "black" Pinot Noir grapes. 2021 Brut Rosé:  A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. On the nose, the 2021 vintage welcomes the senses with aromas of potpourri, watermelon, honeysuckle, grilled peaches, and oranges.
