We’ve put together a collection anchored by our plush 2017 Estate Pinot Noir, added a local salumi specifically crafted to pair perfectly, and a cutting board and knife set to perfectly cut charcuterie or cheese.
2017 Estate Pinot Noir
The 2017 edition of our Estate Pinot Noir packs a full range of red and darker berry flavors. Beginning with the nose one encounters bright pomegranate and poached cherry notes along with hints of sassafras and freshly turned earth. Ten months of barrel age lends a sweetness that balances the supple tannin from this exceptional vintage producing an intense full bodied Pinot Noir.
Journeyman Meats Finnociona Salumi
Journeyman Meat Co. and it’s founder Pete Seghesio is dedicated to creating Italian-style meats with the same skill and attention that goes into producing wine. The Finocchiona salumi is made in the the traditional Tuscan way, just as Pete learned from world-famous butchers Dario Cecchini of Panzano and the Marini family of Florence. This salumi features fennel and fennel pollen and pairs beautifully with our 2017 Estate Pinot Noir. Note: the salumi is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated until packaging is opened.
Acacia wood cutting board and set of knives
This beautiful dark acacia wood cutting board opens to reveal a set of three stainless steel knives with matching wood handles. Perfect for cutting slices of Salumi or cheese.
