Our popular Brut Cuveé in a large 6-liter bottle is perfect for large weddings and other celebrations. Domaine Carneros Vintage Brut represents the best of Carneros Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, crafted in using exacting méthode traditionnelle standards and aged a minimum of three years.

Tasting Notes
This very focused and elegant wine displays lovely notes of green apple, honeydew melon, pear, and lemon zest with a hint of light toastiness. This round wine displays a palate with an array of fruit nuances of macadamia nut, baked apple and shortbread that complement the notes from the nose.
Winemaker Notes
Domaine Carneros Vintage Brut is our great classic cuvée that represents the best of Carneros Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. For this particular vintage we also added just a little Pinot Gris.
Food Pairing Notes
Our Brut Cuvée is our most versatile wine for food pairing; as fine with oysters as it is with filet mignon. Our winemaker particularly loves it with cheeses or roast chicken.
