The newest release of our Estate Brut Cuvée features notes of poached pear, crisp apple, yuzu, honeydew melon, and pie crust with a toasty finish that lingers on the palate. 3-liter bottles are ideal for medium sized gatherings, events and weddings.
This very focused and elegant wine displays lovely notes of key lime, honeycomb, and lemon curd. This round wine displays a palate with hints of lime blossom, baked pear, and lemon meringue, resulting in a creamy texture and a long finish.
Food Pairing Notes
We recommend pairing it with rich double and triple cream or goat cheeses. Perfect with just a few toasted nuts, it will also enhance simple to complex meals. Oysters, poultry and even meat dishes work well and we suggest trying it with Asian cuisine.
