2019 Estate Brut: Our Estate Brut is a small cuvée comprised only of grapes grown in our own vineyards. The newest release of our Estate Brut Cuvée features notes of poached pear, lemon zest, yuzu, honeycomb, and fresh apple cobbler with a toasty finish that lingers on the palate, begging for another sip. This winery exclusive has been aged to perfection yet will enjoy additional evolution in the cellar over the next decade.

2020 Brut Rosé:  A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. On the nose, the 2019 vintage welcomes the senses with aromas of potpourri, watermelon, honeysuckle, grilled peaches, and oranges. Flavors of tangerine, wild strawberry, peaches, marzipan, and mandarin evoke the bliss of a perfect summer day through the long, silky finish.

2016 Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs is our highly respected tête de cuvée – our finest sparkling wine and frequently named America’s Best Sparkling. French for “the dream,” Le Rêve is crafted from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, making it a pure expression of Domaine Carneros. On the nose, our classic Le Rêve captivates with lovely notes of ginger, poached pear, toasted almonds, and pie crust. The palate opens with white peach, apple blossom, brioche, and notes of a fresh baked lemon meringue pie. This wine displays depth and purity that leads to a long, elegant finish.
