2016 Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs: French for “the dream,” Le Rêve is crafted from 100% estate grown Chardonnay, making it a pure expression of Domaine Carneros. On the nose, our classic Le Rêve captivates with lovely notes of ginger, poached pear, toasted almonds, and pie crust. The palate opens with white peach, apple blossom, brioche, and notes of a fresh baked lemon meringue pie. This wine displays depth and purity that leads to a long, elegant finish.

2021 "The Famous Gate" Pinot Noir: For the past thirty years, we have carefully cultivated three old-vine blocks of the historic Swan selection of Pinot Noir. Each small block is located at a different vineyard; two are in Napa, and one on the western Sonoma side of Carneros. In this wine, Swan takes center stage, with two supporting characters – “Hanzell” selection and “Dijon 115” to create the highest expression of our estate-grown Carneros terroir.

2017 Late Disgorged Brut: Aged for a total of six years sur lie en bouteille - on the lees, in the bottle. The result is an enhanced, enriched edition of our acclaimed Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvée. Luscious and layered with poached pear, honeydew melon, and notes of ginger and tarte au citron. We love this wine now, but know it has exceptional further aging potential.
