The Sustainable Sparkle 6-Pack includes two bottles each of our rich, expressive wines that capture a distinctive character of Carneros. The bright, quintessential 2018 Estate Brut; our richly textured 2019 Blanc de Noir with its pear and graham cracker notes; and our plush 2019 Brut Rosé, brimming with notes of wild strawberry.

2018 Estate Brut Cuvée: This versatile sparkler belongs at your next al fresco gathering. This quintessential wine features the bright aroma of citrus zest, leading to a round and full palate that melds into a toasty finish that lingers on with delicate mousse and beautiful acidity.

2019 Blanc de Noir: Produced in limited quantities and showcasing fruity fleshiness with full body and texture, our Blanc de Noir is a white sparkling wine from "black" Pinot Noir grapes. Opening with wonderful notes of white cherry and accompanied by flavors of pear and graham cracker on the palate, there is a deep complexity that is rich and creamy.

2019 Brut Rosé: A favorite among our enthusiasts, this plush, aromatic wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. Rosé wines are often believed to be made only from Pinot Noir, but the best, including ours, have Chardonnay added for structure. This vintage of our beloved Brut Rosé entices with luscious notes of honeysuckle, grilled peaches, oranges, and watermelon.
