Pair with any of our Sparkling wines to round out the experience!

Made in Northern California, Tsar Nicoulai's Estate Caviar boasts a rich, clean and earthy flavor with deep brown to jet black medium sized beads. Less is more with Estate. Enjoy straight from a Mother of Pearl spoon or atop a soft mild base like lightly toasted bread or blini. The creamy finish pairs nicely with a glass of our Ultra Brut. 

French-Style Blinis make an easy base for caviar and smoked fish. They are best served toasty! Includes 16 pieces of pre-made blini. 

Crème Fraiche is a French-styled cultured cream that has a rich, nutty flavor with an appealing tart finish. Unlike sour cream, it never curdles in sauces or soups and brings complex richness to the simplest recipes.

SHIPPING COST HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ITEM AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT CHECKOUT.  IF YOU ORDER WINES IN ADDITION TO CAVIAR, WE WILL DO OUR UTMOST TO TIME THE DELIVERY OF THE WINE WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE CAVIAR.  WINE WILL SHIP FROM DOMAINE CARNEROS AND WILL RECEIVE SEPARATE TRACKING INFORMATION.
