-Club shipments will be sent to you automatically on a bi-monthly basis*.
-Each shipment will be billed to the credit card provided on your application. A minimum of two shipments will qualify you for the benefits of membership. Thereafter you have no obligation to continue as a member. You may cancel your membership anytime, and stop shipments simply by notifying us by mail, e-mail, or telephone.
-Please inform Domaine Carneros of any changes at least two weeks before the beginning of a shipment month. If a membership is not cancelled within two weeks of a scheduled shipment, the final shipment will proceed as scheduled, the member will be charged and the wine shipped. Unreported changes of address, non-delivery and forwarding of packages resulting in additional shipping charges will be passed on to the member. Refused or re-shipped club shipments are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
-Membership is available only to persons of at least 21 years of age. Wine must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery.
-Domaine Carneros reserves the right to request additional information, to reject any application or to cancel any membership.
-Due to shipping restrictions, membership is unavailable for shipment into the following states: AL, AR, DE, IN, KY, MS, RI, UT
(Sales and alcohol tax added in states where applicable and shipping limits may apply.)
*Club shipments to NJ: Due to shipping methods required for compliance in this state, the six scheduled club shipments are consolidated into two shipments to reduce shipping fees. Members in New Jersey receive club shipments in April and November with each including the wines of three regular shipments. Billing corresponds to these two shipments.
